Purchasing a plan or service from this website forms a contract for payment with Make Me a Plan Ltd (“The Company”). All prevailing statutory rights under current British law, including cooling-off period, will of course be upheld fully by the Company.

When making an enquiry or purchase via this website, the Company will ask you for a limited number of personal details, the purpose for which is listed below.

Make Me A Plan Ltd is committed to the principle of requesting data only when required and to minimising the amount of data held on individuals and businesses. You can ask the Company at any time to be clear about what, if any, information it holds about you and we will listen to any changes you want us to make regarding your customer records.

We will ask for your name – in order to ensure transactions are not fraudulent.

We will ask for a contact email – in order to confirm details of the service you have purchased from us.

Depending on the plan you have purchased, we may ask for additional personal information from you. We promise this will always be directly related to the purpose of the plan and will be made clear as such at the point of request (for example if you are purchasing a career coaching plan for the performance of the contract with you we will need to ask about current and recent employment).

Make Me A Plan will never share, or sell any information that you provide us with another company. We take a dim view of that kind of thing. If dealing with company information, we are happy to discuss installing a non-disclosure agreement relating to your project.

We believe that privacy, terms and conditions should be made clear and be open for discussion, throughout a customer-client relationship. We do not profess to offer legally-binding advice, but we are here to help and answer any questions you may have about our Company’s handling of your contract and associated information.
