ON INK
We philosophers are duty-bound to have an affinity to setting what is important to ink. An in-built respect for one of the oldest forms of communicating with one’s peers.
As it approaches the time of year where some of us will be deciding who is on the naughty or nice list and penning invites, thank yous and Christmas cards, this Philosopher-in-Residence felt it was a suitable time to reflect on the changing symbolism of ink for the myriad members of Plankind.
Ink is your next tattoo
An art form and self-expression mode that has exploded over recent years, getting some new ink is now a payday treat for lots of people in this United Plandom. We’d love to see pictures of your most meaningful pieces of ink – tag @makemeaplan on the social media platform of your choice – don’t forget the story behind the tattoo is mandatory!
Ink is what you used to use before your entire day became ploughing through emails
We hear you, crew of 2023. And we empower you to make your own boundaries, step away from the screen and factor in some good old paper and ink time as well. Your brain and spine will thank you for it, and they’re both pretty important pieces of kit.
Ink is what you put in your pen and so it shall always be
Our ScreenFree SuperPlanners salute you and your internal compass that points firmly towards what is right for you. We’re always up for guest blogs on screenfree experiences so drop us a line and grace these pages with what your passion for ink means to you.
Next fortnight, I’ll be writing On 42, in my last blog before I attain that hitch-hiker-heralded age! Please get in touch with any particular aspects of this subject you’d like me to write about.
In the meantime,
Happy Planning
